中药熏蒸联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒临床研究

目的:观察中药熏蒸联合血液灌流对尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒患者的临床疗效。方法:将40例尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒患者作为本实验的研究对象,按照随机的原则将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各20例,对照组给予常规血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,治疗组在对照组基础之上再给与中药熏蒸进行联合治疗,之后对2组患者的临床疗效以及其他相关指标进行对比分析。结果:对照组总有效率为55.00%,治疗组为95.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组相关指标均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后相关指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤瘙痒评分低于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症顽固性皮肤瘙痒临床治疗效果确切,缓解了临床症状,改善了生活质量。

Clinical Study on Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Hemoperfusion for Uremic Intractable Pruritus

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with hemoperfusion for uremic intractable pruritus.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with uremic intractable pruritus were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal fumigation based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effect and related indexes in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 55.00%in the control group and 95.00%in the treatment group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the related indexes in the two groups were decreased after treatment,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of the related indexes in the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05).The score of pruritus in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with hemoperfusion has definite clinical effect in treating uremic intractable pruritus,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
