蒲地兰消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病临床研究

目的:观察蒲地兰消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将124例手足口病患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组64例与对照组60例,观察组给予蒲地兰消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒联合重组人干扰素α-1b治疗,治疗1个疗程后比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.19%,高于对照组的76.67%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间、咽痛消失时间及体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组T淋巴细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平较治疗前上升,CD8^+水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率(6.25%)低于对照组(20.00%),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地兰消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效满意,可促进临床症状缓解,提高机体免疫力,药物安全性高。

Clinical Study on Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid Combined with Kaihoujian Spray for Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray for hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods:A total of 124 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,64 and 60 cases in each group respectively.The observation group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray,and the control group was treated with ribaviran granules combined with recombinant human interferonα-1b.After one course of treatment,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 92.19%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the extinction time of rash and oral ulcer,the disappearance time of sore throat and the time for temperature to return to normal were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in T lymphocytes in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^+were decreased when compared with those before treatment;the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%in the observation group,lower than that of 20.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray has satisfying clinical effect in treating hand,foot and mouth disease in children,which can promote the remission of clinical symptoms and improve their body immunity,with high medication safety.
