癌症的异质性表征与深度表型

摘    要:随着老龄化时代的到来,癌症发病率不断增高,癌症的防治和慢病管理已成为推动社会经济发展的关键因素。生物医学和信息技术的迅猛发展以及主动健康、精准医学和大数据范式的兴起等,为癌症的防治带来新的机遇。从信息学角度探讨了癌症异质性的形成与表征,癌症深度表型挖掘,癌症治疗的组合用药算法,癌症的预防与慢病管理的信息模型、系统与平台等方面的最新研究方向,并对癌症医学信息学领域面临的挑战与机会进行了分析和展望。

Abstract:Prevention and treatment of cancer and management of chronic diseases have become the key factors restricting social and economic development as the incidence of cancer increases with aging. The rapid development of biomedical and information technology, and the emergence of active health, precision medicine and big data paradigms have brought new opportunities for the prevention and treatment of cancer. The recent interests in heterogeneity and exterior syndrome of cancer, mining of deep phenotype of cancer, combined drug use algorithm for cancer treatment, information model of prevention and treatment of cancer and management of chronic diseases, systems and platforms were thus studied in this paper from the angle of informatics, the challenges and opportunities in medical and information field of cancer were analyzed in prospecttive view of point.
