恒古骨伤愈合剂联合冲击波对老年股骨头坏死急性发作患者关节功能的影响及疗效观察

目的:探讨恒古骨伤愈合剂联合冲击波对老年股骨头坏死急性发作患者关节功能的影响及疗效。方法:将94例老年股骨头坏死急性发作患者依据不同的就诊顺序将其分为对照组43例与试验组51例,对照组施以冲击波治疗,试验组在对照组基础上施以恒古骨伤愈合剂治疗,观察2组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后的髋关节Harris评分情况、髋关节功能恢复优良率情况。结果:治疗前,2组髋关节Harris评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,2组髋关节Harris评分提升(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组优良率为55.81%,试验组为80.39%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恒古骨伤愈合剂联合冲击波能够有效的提升老年股骨头坏死急性发作患者的髋关节Harris评分,并且提升其髋关节恢复优良率。

Clinical Observation on Osteoking Combined with Shock Wave on Joint Function in Senile Patients with Acute Attack of Femoral Head Necrosis and Its Curative Effect

Objective:To discuss the effect of osteoking combined with shock wave on joint function in senile patients with acute attack of femoral head necrosis and its curative effect.Methods:A total of 94 cases of senile patients with acute attack of femoral head necrosis were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to their visiting sequence,43 and 51 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with shock wave,and the experiment group was additionally treated with osteoking based on the treatment of the control group.Before treatment and six months after treatment,the Harris hip scores and the excellent and good rates of recovery of hip function in the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Harris hip scores in the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after treatment,the Harris hip scores in the two groups were increased,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was 55.81%in the control group and 80.39%in the experiment group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of osteoking combined with shock wave can effectively increase Harris hip scores of senile patients with acute attack of femoral head necrosis,and improve the excellent and good rate of the recovery of hip function.
