胡芦巴种子化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对胡芦巴Trigonella foenum-graecum的化学成分进行研究。方法运用Sephadex LH-20凝胶、硅胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术进行分离和纯化,并通过其理化性质和NMR数据综合分析,鉴定化合物结构。结果从胡芦巴乙醇提取物中得到6个甾体皂苷类和黄酮类化合物,分别为22-甲氧基-胡芦巴皂苷Ⅱb(1)、芰脱皂苷元(2)、薯蓣皂苷元(3)、木犀草素(4)、木犀草苷(5)、木犀草素-7-O-芸香糖苷(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物5和6是从该植物中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To research the chemical constituents from Trigonella foenum-graecum. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by sephadex LH-20, silica gel, semi-prepared HPLC and other chromatography techniques. Their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and NMR data. Results Six steroidal saponins and flavonoids (1-6) were isolated from the ethanol extracts of T. foenum-graecum and identified as 22-methoxy-trigoneoside IIb (1), gitogenin (2), diosgenin (3), luteolin (4), cynaroside (5), and luteolin-7-O-rutinoside (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 5 and 6 are obtained for the first time from T. foenum-graecum.
