保肾颗粒剂对系膜增殖性肾小球肾炎模型红细胞免疫黏附功能和膜分子CD35、CD58的影响

摘    要:目的:从免疫学角度探讨保肾颗粒剂的药理作用机制。方法:建立兔系膜增殖性肾炎(MSPGN)模型,观察保肾颗粒剂对模型动物红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型动物的红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)升高、红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)、红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平下降。经保肾颗粒剂治疗后,以上各值均有不同程度的恢复。结论:保肾颗粒剂能提高MSPGN模型动物的红细胞免疫黏附功能和红细胞膜分子CD35、CD58表达水平,其机制可能与保肾颗粒剂的免疫调节作用相关。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Baoshen granule in immunology. Method: The rabbit model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis( MsPGN) was created. The change of red cell immunity in the MsPGN was observed after treating by Baoshen granule. Result: Compared with the normal group, E-ICR was increased significantly and the E-C3bRR, red cell membrane molecule CD35,CD58 level were decreased significantly in the rabbit model of MsPGN. The amounts above recovered after treating by Baoshen granule. Conclusion: Baoshen granule can enhance the red cell immune adherence function and membrane mole- cule CD35, CD58 in experimental chronic glomerulonephritis model. The possible mechanism is related to its immune adjustment.
