护理干预对不孕症患者心理状况的影响

目的:探讨不孕患者的心理状况及给予护理干预后的效果评价。方法:将100例不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)及Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定其干预前后两组患者的心理状况,并对两组测定数据进行Spass13.0统计学分析、对照。结果:观察组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组有了明显的降低(P<0.05)。结论:通过有效的护理干预,可帮助不孕症患者改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果及患者生活质量。

Nursing intervention on mental state of patients with infertility intervention
