交感神经活动与妊娠期高血压疾病

妊娠期高血压疾病是产科常见并发症,严重威胁母婴健康,是导致孕产妇及围生儿病率及死亡的重要原因之一。其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,近年来国外研究发现交感神经活动亢进在妊娠期高血压疾病发病机制中起到一定作用。本文就近年来交感神经活动与妊娠期高血压疾病关系方面的研究作一综述。

Sympathetic nervous activity and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a pregnancy complication that may seriously impair the health of maternity and infant. The disease is the major cause resulting in morbidity and mortality in pregnant women and neonates. But the etiology and pathogenesis is not entirely clear, recent foreign study have found that sympathetic nervous activity hyperthyroidism play a role in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. This paper makes a comprehensive overview on the relationship between the sympathetic nerve activity and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
