不同样本管中血液葡萄糖的稳定性比较

目的]了解不同样本管血液葡萄糖结果随放置时间的影响。方法]我们对35例受检者在全自动生化仪上分别测定其真空血清管及真空草酸钾-氟化钠抗凝管、带分离胶真空管及一次性塑料管在放置不同时间后的葡萄糖浓度。结果]一次性塑料管的葡萄糖浓度随时间延长下降最明显，真空血清管的葡萄糖浓度随时间延长下降较明显，带分离胶真空管的葡萄糖浓度及真空草酸钾-氟化钠抗凝管的葡萄糖浓度在6h内测定值与草酸钾-氟化钠真空抗凝管的血糖即刻测定值比较无显著性差异。结论]如果标本有血液葡萄糖检测项目，最好采用带分离胶真空管或草酸钾-氟化钠真空抗凝管。

Comparison of blood sugar stability in different sample tubes

Objective]To investigate the effects of different blood colleting tubes on results of blood sugar. Methods] The blood sugar concentration in blood samples from 35 patients was determined with the automatic biochemical analyzer after they had been stored in different tubes for various periods of time. Results] The blood sugar concentration in the samples stored in the plastic tube evidently declined and it gradually decreased in those stored in the vacuum serum tube. However, the concentration in the samples stored with the vacuum tube containing separating rubber was not significantly decreased as compared with that in those stored with vacuum tube containing oxalate kalium - sodium fluoride within 6 h. Conclusion] If it is necessary to detect blood sugar, the blood samples should be stored in the vacuum tube containing separating rubber and that containing oxalate kalium - sodium fluoride.
