成人麻疹暴发流行一起

目的　对某学兵集训中心暴发流行成人麻疹的发病情况及流行原因进行流行病学调查。方法　采用临床分析及现场调查相结合的方式。结果　某部 30 2名成人中 8人罹患麻疹 (占 9 3 % ) ,发病高峰时间为 7d。有患者间接触密切 ,居住拥挤 ,无麻疹病史及疫苗接种史等因素。结论　成人麻疹暴发流行与易感者聚集、环境因素、吸烟有密切关系 ,有必要开展麻疹免疫与强化免疫工作

Occurrence of Adult Measles Fulminant Epidemic and Field Investigation

Objective To investigate the pathogenic state and epidemic reason of fulminant epidemic of adult measles in a certain army with the epidemiology method. Methods The clinic analysis combined field investigation were used. Results In the certain army 8 cases of 302 were sick with measles (9.3%). The peak time of invasion was the seventh day. Patients' consanguineous contact each other, crowded inhabitancy, none measles history and measles vaccination history were the invasion reason. Conclusion Adult measles fulminant epidemic significantly related with susceptible aggregation, environment and smoking. Developing measles immunization and potentiating immunization were necessary.
