乳腺癌14例MRI表现分析

目的　探讨 RMI对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法　分析经手术病理证实乳腺癌 14例 MRI表现。结果　本组病例 10例肿瘤形态不规则 ,边缘呈放射状 ;2例呈囊状改变 ;1例肿瘤很小 ,直径约 0 .3cm,表现为增粗乳管内的充盈缺损 ;1例无明确肿块影但可见皮肤增厚乳头凹陷 ,Cooper韧带增粗 ,及同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。肿块病灶在 T1 WI呈略低信号 ,在脂肪抑制 T2 WI呈不均匀高信号 ,注射 Gd- DTPA后 ,呈不均匀强化。结论　 MRI可清晰的显示乳腺癌病变 ,是诊断乳腺癌的有效的影像学方法

Imaging analysis of MRI in 14 cases of breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of MRI for diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Methods The MRI findings of 14 cases of breast carcinoma proved pathologically were analyzed.Results Fourteen cases of breast carcinoma including 10 cases of modality anomaly tumor shown the edge of radiation,2 cases of cystic change,one case of small mass (0.3cm in diameter) with thicken breast duct,one case shown skin thicken,nipple sunken,cooper ligament thicken and lymph nodes swell up in armpit of sick side.Tumor masses shown slight low signal on T1WI,and the masses show asymmetry hyper signal on STIR T2WI.After injecting Gd DTPA,mass areas display asymmetry hyper intense signal.Conclusion MR imaging may indicate the pathological changes of breast carcinoma,which is an effective method for diagnosing breast carcinoma.
