| 摘 要： | 目的研究肺癌和正常肺组织中Kiss-1蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测45例非小细胞肺癌患者（NSCLC组）癌组织标本和10例正常肺组织（对照组）标本Kiss-1和MMP-9的表达。结果NSCLC组Kiss-1阳性表达率为20%,MMP-9阳性表达率为60%。对照组均为阴性,两组比较MMP-9阳性表达率有显著差异,Kiss-1阳性表达率无显著差异。结论NSCLC组织中,Kiss-1和MMP-9均呈高表达,但MMP9阳性率更高,检测MMP-9更有临床意义。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the expression of Kiss-1 protein and matixmetalloproteinase(MMP-9) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and normal lung tissue.[Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 45 specimen from NSCLC and 10 normal lung tissues for expression of Kiss-1 and MMP-9.[Results] The positive expression of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 was demonstrated 20%(9/45) and 60%(27/45) respectively in NSCLC group.10 normal lung tissues showed all negative expression of kiss-1 and MMP-9.Significant difference was found for MMP-9 expression but did not exist for Kiss-1.[Conclusion] High expression of Kissl and MMP-9 exists in NSCLC and MMP-9 positive expression is more than Kiss-1.To detect expression of MMP-9 has more clinical significance. |
