芎芷辛丹汤治疗脑梗塞急性期临床观察

目的:观察自拟芎芷辛丹汤治疗脑梗塞急性期的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性期脑梗塞病人随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组服用芎芷辛丹汤,对照组采用西药常规治疗。所有病人治疗前后均进行神经功能缺损程度评分和6个月随访。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,基本痊愈率为50%,对照组总有效率为86.67%,基本痊愈率为21.67%,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。2组神经功能缺损程度评分治疗后比治疗前均有改善,治疗组较对照组明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:芎芷辛丹汤治疗脑梗塞急性期临床疗效确切,并且明显优于西药常规治疗。

Clinical Observation on Xiong Zhi Xin Dan Soup in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiong Zhi Xin Dan Soup(XZXD)in teating the cerebral infarction.Method:120 acute cerebral infarction patients are radomly divided into two groups,the treated group(n=60)takes XZXD orally.while the cotrol group(n=60)adopting conventional treatment of western medicine.All patients treatment around carry out nerve function to be short of to harm level to give a mark and follow in 6 months to visit.Result:The treated group is 96.67% always efficently,advances to recover to lead 21.67%,two groups is compared discrepancy has significance(P<0.01),two groups of nerve functions are short of to harm level to improve after giving a mark to treat than having before treatment,treatment group improves obviously than the control group,discrepancy has significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiong Zhi Xin Dan soup treats acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect definite,and is better than conventional treatment of western medicine obviously.
