内路法手术联合超脉激光除皱整复下睑眼袋

目的探讨内路法手术与激光除皱技术联合使用进行眼袋整形的效果。方法采用内路法手术解决眼袋内脂肪松垂堆积的问题，联合激光除皱技术收紧松弛的下睑皮肤，去除皱纹，并对29例脂肪堆积膨出伴有轻或中度下睑皮肤松弛、皱纹增多的下睑眼袋患者进行疗效观察。结果全部病例术后下睑平整，皮肤皱纹基本去除。其中5例在激光除皱术后出现暂时性色素沉着，经祛斑治疗于2～3个月后基本消退，未出现其他并发症。结论内路法手术联合超脉激光除皱治疗眼袋，无显露性切口瘢痕，并发症少，安全性和美容效果均有明显提高。

Conjunctivae-road Surgery Combined with Laser-rhytidectomy on Lower Blepharoplasty

Objective To study the effect of the conjunctivae-road surgery combined with laser-rhytidectomy on lower blepharoplasty. Methods To resolve the accumulation of fat by the conjunctivae-road lower blepharoplasty surgery, to tighten the lower eyelid curls laxa and remove wrinkles by laser-rhytidectomy technology, and observe the effects of the methods in 29 cases of lower blepharoplasty which with fat accumulation and light or moderate curls laxa. Results Satisfied results was found in all of the 29 cases of lower blepharoplasty. Temporary pigmentation appeared in five of the cases, and it disappeared in 2-3 months after the treatment, and no other complication was found. Conclusion There is no clear incision scar and less complication on treating pouch by the conjunctivae-road surgery combined laser-rhytidectomy, and its security and cosmetic results have improved markedly.
