股骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿的影像学诊断13例

目的 探讨股骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿的影像诊断.方法 回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的动脉瘤样骨囊肿影像学资料,均行CR检查,5例行CT检查.结果 病变位于股骨颈3例,粗隆间5例,粗隆下2例,外上髁3例.结论 股骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿位于股骨两端,以近端为更多见,结合CR和CT综合分析,有利于提高其诊断率.

Imaging diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst of the femur of 13 cases

Objective To study the imaging diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst of the femur.Methods Thirteen cases were proved surgically and pathologically.All 13 cases with plain film and five cases with CT were retrospectively analyzed.Results Lesions located in the neck of femur in seven cases,intertrochanter in five cases,subtrochanter in three cases and epicondylus lateralis in three cases.Conclusions Lesions of aneurysmal bone cyst are located in both sides of the femur,the proximal part of which is familiar.In combination with two methods of plain film and CT,the diagnostic accuracy of aneurysmal bone cyst will improve.
