健脑复智口服液对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织过氧化氢酶、ATP酶的影响

摘    要:目的:研究健脑复智口服液对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及其脑组织中过氧化氢酶、ATP酶的影响,初步探讨血管性痴呆发病机理,为临床治疗提供依据.方法:以持久性双侧颈总动脉结扎的方法造成缺血性血管性痴呆大鼠模型,观察其学习记忆成绩及其脑组织中过氧化氢酶、ATP酶含量变化.结果:健脑复智口服液能提高血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织中过氧化氢酶、ATP酶的含量,改善其学习记忆成绩.结论:健脑复智口服液可能通过提高血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织中过氧化氢酶、ATP酶的含量,增强对体内自由基的清除和防止脂质过氧化,改善脑组织能量代谢,从而提高其学习记忆成绩.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianlnaofuzhi oral liquid on catalase, ATPase of brain tissue, learning and memory ability in vascular dementia rat model and to discuss etiopathogenesis of Vascular Dementia. Method: Vascular dementia rat model was induced by lasting two-side ligation of carotid. The catalase and ATPase of brain tissue and learning and memory ability were observed in vascular dementia rat model. Result: The results showed that the catalase and ATPase of brain tissue and learning and memory ability were higher in the rats treated with Jianlnaofuzhi oral liquid. Conclusion: Jianlnaofuzhi oral liquid have strengthen learning and memory ability function by improving catalase and ATPase of brain tissue, clearing free radical, preventing lipid peroxidation and improving energy metabolism of brain tissue.
