奥德金治疗急性脑血管疾病所致神经功能障碍的临床观察

目的 :观察奥德金对急性脑血管疾病所致神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用奥德金 ,剂量为 15～ 2 0mL加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0mL中静滴 ,1次 /d ,连续 14d为 1疗程。对照组在常规治疗基础上应用胞二磷胆碱 5 0 0～ 10 0 0mg加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0mL中静滴 ,1次 /d ,连续 14d为 1疗程。结果 :两组病人治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均有减少 ,奥德金治疗组治疗后减少 6 5 % ,而胞二磷胆碱对照组治疗后减少 5 1% ,两组间经统计学处理差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :奥德金是一种安全有效的治疗急性脑血管疾病所致偏瘫、感觉障碍及各种神经功能障碍的生物类新药。

The Clinical Observation of Adegold''''s Treating Neural Functional Handicap Caused by Acute Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective: To observe the effect of Adegold on neural functional handicap caused by acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Treatment group: based on routine treatment , the patients were given Adegold (15～20mL iv) every day for 14 days. Control group: based on routine treatment , the patients were given diphosphocholinec 500～1000mg in 250mL of 5%glucoseiv every day for 14 days. Results: Neural impairment scores of two groups were decreased after treating. In treatment group the scores decreased by 65%. In control group the scores decreased by 51%. There was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Adegold is a safe and effective biotic drug with that the acute cerebrovascular disease can be treated.
