B型超声普通探头引导经皮肝穿刺无水酒精注射治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿

１９８９年４月至１９９７年１０月我院采用超声普通探头引导下肝穿刺抽吸囊液后注射无水酒精治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿１０２例，共１４７个囊肿病灶，其中多发性肝囊肿７２例，单发性肝囊肿３０例，最大囊肿直径２０．０ｃｍ，平均每例治疗３～４次，一次抽液量最多为１３７０ｍｌ，累计抽液量最多为４２７０ｍｌ，治疗结果：６９个囊肿治愈（占４６．９％），７８个囊肿显著缩小（占５３．１％），共治疗５０６次，未发生严重并发症。本法具有适应症广，创伤小，副作用少，疗效好，经济负担少，患者易于接受等优点

Management of Non parasitic Hepatic Cysts by Percutaneous Transhepatic Aspiration and Ethanol Injection under the Guidance of An Ordinary Sonographic Probe

From April 1989 to October 1997,a total 147 hepatic cysts in 102 cases were treated with transhepatic aspiration of the encased fluid followed by injection of pure ethanol into the cystic lumen,the procedure was completed under the guidance of an ordinary sonographic probe.Among the patients,72 cases had multiple cysts and 30 cases had solidary cyst,and the diameter of the biggest lesion was 20 0 cm.Each cyst was managed 3 4 times on average.The largest amount of aspirated fluid in a single cyst by one procedure was 1370ml,and the cumulated amount was 4720ml.The results showed that 69 of the cysts were cured(46 9%),78 were markedly reduced in size (53 1%).The above mentioned treatment was executed 506 times in total without serious complication.Effectiveness,wide range of application,minimum trauma and side effects,cost effectiveness and easier consention of the patients comprised the outstanding characteristics of this method.
