盐酸二氢埃托啡片致死9例分析

调查分析盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)成瘾中毒死亡9例。多数患者开始吸食“黄皮”(粗制海洛因)成瘾,以后因各种原因改用DHE替代,成瘾者日用量逐渐增大,最高者达每日100-160片(每片20μg),严重时均自行iv给药。躯体并发症严重,消瘦、体重明显下降(10—30kg),静脉炎、局部脓肿多见。中毒后均死于呼吸衰竭。

ANALYSIS OF 9 MORTAL CASES CAUSED BY DIHYDROETORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE ABUSE

9 addicts died of using dihydroetorphine hydrochloride)DHE)were surveyed and analysed.Most of them began to inhale "Huang Pi"(a kind of crude heroin)and became addicts.Because of different reasons they inhaled DHE instead of "Huang Pi".Their daily dose increased gradually.The highest daily dose was 100-160 tablets)20μg·tab-1).The serious patients often injected intravenously)DHE)by themselves.The body complications were very serious.Most common seen complications were thinness,obvious decrease of body weights)about 10-30 kg),venous inflammation and local abscess.They all died because of respiratory failure.
