胃癌高发区胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染和社会心理因素的相关性研究

目的：探讨胃癌高发区慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染和社会心理因素的相关性。方法：经胃镜及病理组织检查确诊慢性胃炎，其中浅表性胃炎（CSG）93例，萎缩性胃炎（CAG）69例。通过病理组织学Giemsa染色法确定HP感染情况。采用统一的调查表格通过询问或查体进行调查。社会心理因素调查包括6项：工作（劳动）紧张、生活不规律、负性生活事件、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁。结果：HP阴性和阳性的CSG患者各项社会心理因素发生率虽有高低不同，但均无显著性差异（P值均〉0．05）。HP阴性和阳性的CAG患者亦如此。结论：该胃癌高发区慢性胃炎患者HP感染和被调查的6项社会心理因素无相关性。

The relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and social psychological factors in gastritis patients in the high incidence area of gastric cancer

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and social psychological factors of gastritis patients in the high incidence area of gastric cancer. Methods: All chronic gastritis patients were diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology, there were chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) 93 cases, chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) 69 cases. Social psychological factors including work (labour) tension, irregular life, negative life events, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and depression. Results: Although the rate of HP positive and negative CSG patients with various social psychological factors had different level, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). HP negative and positive CAG patients were the same. Conclusion: There is no correlation between the HP infection and six social psychological factors in patients with chronic gastritis in the high incidence area of gastric cancer.
