彩色超声在妇产科急症诊断中的应用

目的 探讨彩色超声在妇产科急症中的诊断价值。方法 对１０７例妇产科急症患者行超声检查，并与经手术和病理证实的检查结果进行分析。结果 宫外孕３９例，不完全流产３９例，先兆流产６例，难免流产３例，卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转１６例，滋养细胞疾病４例，超声诊断准确率分别为９２．３％、９７．５％、１００％、１００％、７５．０％、和７５．０％。结论 彩色超声对妇产科急症的诊断准确率高，检查迅速且无痛苦，可作为妇产科急症首

The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in acute diseases of obstetrics and gynecology

Objective The color Doppler ultrasonography was used to estimate diagnosis value in acute disease of obstetrics and gynecology through studies on 107 cases patients suffering these diseases.Methods All of these cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography, and the results confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings were analysed carefully.Results The 107 cases were composed of extrauterine pregnancy 39,incomplete abortion 39,threatened abortion 6,inevitable aorbtion 3,ovarian tumor torsion 16 and trophoblastic disease 4.The correct rates of diagnosis were 92.3% , 97.5% , 100% , 100% , 75.0% and 75.0% ,respectively.Conclusions With the advantages of the high accuracy of diagnosis,quickness of examination and acheless,it is suggested that color Doppler altrasonography should be choosed first in examing the acute diseases of obstetrics and gynecology.
