蓖麻油餐用于晚期妊娠引产118例分析

目的：观察蓖麻油餐用于晚期妊娠引产的疗效。方法：随机选择１１８例服用蓖麻油餐引产与同期１０６例催产素引产作对照，观察引产效果、产程、产后出血及新生儿评分。结果：观察组引产效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜００５），剖宫产率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００５），两组的产后出血和新生儿阿氏评分无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：蓖麻油引产优于催产素引产。

Application of Castor Oil Meal in the Induced Labor of Later Pregnancy in 118 Cases

Objective:To observe the effect of castor oil meal on the induced labor of later pregnancy. Methods:118 and 106 pregnant cases were randomly chosen as the test group and control group. The test group was given the castor oil meal to induce the labor while the control group was given oxytocin as a contrast. The effect and the lasting time of the induction,together with the bleeding condition and the infant's score after the labor, were compared between the test group and the control group. Results:The success rate of induction in the test group is significantly higher than in the control group(P<005) while the rate of abdominal delivery in the test group is lower than in the control group (P<005). The bleeding condition and the infant's score after the labor in both groups are not significantly different (P>005). Conclusion: The induction of castor oil meal is superior to oxytocin.
