| 摘 要： | 目的：评估表面麻醉行小梁切除术的有效性及安全性。方法：130例、188眼经1％丁卡因表面麻醉后行小梁切除术。结果：188眼中156眼单纯采用1％丁卡因表面麻醉行小梁切除术，32眼需联合球结膜下注射2％利多卡因浸润麻醉完成手术，无1例由麻醉引起的严重并发症。结论：1％丁卡因表面麻醉行小梁切除术，必要时联合球结膜下浸润麻醉，具有足够的镇痛效果且无严重并发症，是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate efficacy and safety of topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy.Method:130 cases 188 eyes were only adopted topical anestgesia with 1% Dicain for trabeculectomy. Result:156 eyes in188 eyes were only used topical anesthesia for trabeculectomy .1%Dicain topical anesthesia combined with 2%Lidocain subconjuctiva anesthesia to complete trabeculectomy for 32 eyes in 188 eyes.There were not serious complication caused by anesthesia. Conclusion: This way of anesthesia is safe and effective,and is of enough analgesia effect. |
