| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温阳益气汤对心力衰竭患者的心功能和血浆中脑利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法:将心衰患者131例随机分为治疗组67例和对照组64例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时加服温阳益气汤,半个月后观察两组患者心功能的改善情况和血浆中BNP水平的变化。结果:治疗组能明显改善患者的心功能;在降低血浆中BNP的含量方面,治疗组亦显示了良好的疗效。结论:温阳益气汤治疗充血性心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效。
