老年性股骨颈骨折的治疗方法及疗效评价

目的 探讨老年股骨颈骨折的合理治疗方法及最佳适应证.方法 将34例老年股骨颈骨折分为牵引组、空心螺纹钉治疗组、人工关节治疗组,其中牵引组6例,空心螺纹钉组16例、人工关节组12例.结果 随访3个月～5年,牵引组优良率和有效率为66.67%和66.67%,空心螺纹钉组分别为87.50%和93.75%,人工关节组分别为:75.00%和83.33%.结论 严格掌握各自的适应证,是提高治疗优良率的关键.要根据患者的年龄、骨折部位、移位程度合理地选择治疗方法.

Treating approaches and their curative effect evaluation of femoral neck fracture in old people

[Objective] To explore the reasonable treatments and the best indication of femoral neck fracture in old people.[Methods] 34 cases were divided into three group:traction group:6 cases,fixed by hollow screw thread;nail group:16 cases;artifical joint group:12 cases.[Results] Follow up was performed from 3 months to 5 years,the excellent rate and effective rate of function was 66.67%,66.67% in traction group,87.50%,93.75% in fixed by hollow screw thread nail group and 75.00%,83.33% in artificial joint group,respectively.[Conclusion] The key to increase the excellent rate of function is to grasp strictly the indication in different therapeutic methods.The reasonable method should be chosen according to the age of the patient,the position of bone fracture and the degree of displacement.
