| Abstract: | The authors report on 2 sisters who had suffered from both atopic eczema and hoarseness since their birth. Rough, yellowish-white papular deposits in the skin and the oral mucosa had developed during their childhood. The clinical diagnosis of hyalinosis cutis et mucosae was confirmed in both cases by means of histology and electron microscopy. |
