喉癌的CT诊断

目的 进一步提高喉癌CT诊断的正确性。方法 回顾分析40例经手术病理证实的喉癌CT表现，声门上癌13例，声门癌20例，贯声门癌7例。结果 CT清晰地显示了喉部深浅结构，包括喉旁间隙，会厌前间隙，及声门下区全貌，亦能准确显示肿瘤的大小、位置、浸润范围，软骨侵犯和颈部淋巴结。结论 虽然研究表明CT诊断喉癌尚有一定的局限性，但CT诊断明显高于喉癌T分期的准确性，为保存喉功能手术的选择提供了重要依据。

CT evaluation of laryngeal carcinoma

Objective To improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods CT findings of 40 cases of laryngeal carcinomas proved by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively, including supraglottic laryngeal cancer 13 cases, glottic cancer 20 cases, transglottic cancer 7 cases. Results CT could clearly show the mucosa and deep tissues of the larynx including paraglottic space, preepiglottic space and subglottic region. The results also indicated that CT scanning could accurately demonstrate the anatomic location, gross size, extent of cancer, cartilage invasion and cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Al- though CT scaning of the largnx has some limitations, CT scanning significantly enhanced preoperative T - staging accuracy of medium and large laryngeal carcinomas and provided an important basis for selection of laryngeal conservative surgery.
