| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自拟利尿排石汤重用软坚破血药治疗尿路结石的疗效。方法 采用自拟利尿排石汤中重用软坚破血药，用科学方法煎服药，每日一剂治疗。结果 治愈44例(84．6％)，好转6例(11．5％)，无效2例(3．9％)，总有效率为96．1％。结论 自拟利尿排石汤重用软坚破血药治疗尿路结石疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of diuretic lithagogue decoction. Methods Diuretic lithagogue decoction formulated through practice was used, once each day.Results 44 patients were completely recovered, accounting for 84.6%, 6 improved, accounting for 11.5%, 2 no effect, accounting for 3.9%. The total effective rate was 96.1%. Conclusion It is effective to treat the patients with urinary stone by diuretic lithagogue decoction. |
