儿童型消炎退热颗粒提取工艺实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究儿童型消炎退热颗粒中靛玉红提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法。结果:实验设计的4因素中乙醇浓度对靛玉红含量有明显影响。结论:大青叶中靛玉红的最佳提取工艺条件是A3B1C2D2。考虑到原生产工艺虽不完善但临床应用有效的实际情况,该颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺是:用75%乙醇提取大青叶2次,每次1.5h,溶媒量为药材的6倍。接着,大青叶渣和其余药材一道用水提取2次,每次2h,加水量为药材的12倍。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of indirubin in the Ertong Xiaoyantuire Granules. Methods: The orthogonal design L9(34) were used.Results:The concentration of alcohol remarkably influeces the content of indirubin in the granules.Conclusion:Considering the production of original extraction process is effective in the clinic practice, the best process can be that the extraction should be dore fwice from Daqing ye with 75% alcohol for with the rate of 1:6,1.5 hour for each time. And then two more extractions be done from its residue and other medicine with water,for 2 times,2 hours for each time, with its volume 12 times as much as that of the medicine material.
