合并使用喹诺酮类药物时计算机指导氨茶碱的个体化给药

目的　当氨茶碱同时合并使用喹诺酮类药物时容易导致氨茶碱中毒 ,为防止该类问题的发生 ,利用氨茶碱安全给药软件对患者进行验证。方法　两组病例均为使用喹诺酮药物的患者 ,实验组 30例 ,按照软件计算的剂量给药 ,对照组 31例 ,按经验给药 ,4天后测定其血氨茶碱药物浓度。结果　发现实验组仅 16 .7%的病例氨茶碱血药浓度异常 ,而对照组 71.0 %的病例氨茶碱血药浓度异常 ,两组间差别有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　氨茶碱合并使用喹诺酮类药物时 ,用计算机来指导氨茶碱的给药剂量 ,能提高氨茶碱用药的安全性

Computer guide in individually theophylline dose when prescribed with quinolones

Objective When theophylline is prescribed with quinolones,it easily causes toxicity of theophylline.In order to prevent the problem,a software is designed for guiding the theophylline dose.The patients are validated with the software.Methods All the cases taking quinolones were divided into two groups.Treatment group(30 cases) taking theophylline doses depended on the calculated value by the software.Control group(31 cases) taking theophylline doses depended on the experience.Four days after the administration,theophylline concentration was determined.Results Abnormal theophylline concentration in the treatment group was found only in 16.7%.While the abnormal in the control group was in 71.0%.Statistic significance existed between the two groups(P< 0.001).Conclusion It is the computer that can improve the safety of using theophylline while prescribed with quinolones.
