黏弹性补充疗法改善膝关节功能

摘    要:目的观察应用透明质酸钠(hyaluronicacid,HA)关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)的治疗效果。方法OA患者300例347膝关节,关节腔内注入HA2ml,1次/周,5次为1个疗程。观察治疗前后关节疼痛、肿胀等症状变化,以及关节活动度、步行能力、上下楼梯及下凳和跑步等关节功能改善情况。结果治疗300例,显效145例,有效116例,改善30例,无效9例,总有效率为87.0%。未见明显毒副作用。结论HA关节腔内注射治疗膝关节OA,具有抗炎、镇痛、修复关节软骨和改善关节功能的作用。

Abstract:Aim To evaluate the effect of hyaluronic acid (HA)injecting into articular with cavity on osteoarthritis (OA).Methods 300 cases of OA were injected with 2ml HA once a week into the articular cavity of 347 knee joint, injected 5 times as a course. The situation of pain, swelling and movement function of run, walk and go upstairs and walk downstairs were observed before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of 300 cases was 87%, including 145 cases of obvious efficiency, 116 cases of efficiency, 30 cases of amelioration and 9 cases of inefficiency,without obvious poison and ill effects in all the cases.Conclusion HA Injection into the articular cavity to treat OA is useful in anti infection, anti pain and plerosis of articular cartilage and functional amelioration of knee joint.
