| 摘 要： | 在成功克隆表达人膜型gp130分子的基础上，构建人可溶性gp130的重组表达质粒pKCR5／sgp130，并在CHO细胞中进行表达．经纯化鉴定和生物学检测，证实所表达的sgp130具有生物学活性．

| Abstract: | We constructed recombinant permanent expressing plasmid of human soluble gp130-pKCR6/sgp130 and expressed it in the CHO cells on the basis of successful cloning and expression of human membrane gp130. Sgp130 was proven to exhibit the biological activity by means of bioassay after its purification and identification. |
