| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹部手术后早期炎症性肠梗阻EPISBO的临床特点及乌司他丁、柴芍承气汤联合治疗的应用效果。方法回顾分析我院从2001年3月～2006年6月14例术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床资料及治疗效果。结果14例EPISBO均经禁食、胃肠减压、胃肠外营养、应用糖皮质激素、补液、抗感染,乌司他丁加柴芍承气汤等方法均获得治愈,平均治愈时间11．5天。结论应用乌司他丁、柴芍承气汤等非手术疗法治疗术后早期炎症性肠梗阻效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efects of ulinastatin combined with chaishao chengqi decoction for patients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. Methods From march 2001 to june 2006, The Clinical data and curative effect of 14cases with EPISBO were analyzed retrospectively.
