| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体的植入方法和效果。方法 对78例(78眼)无晶状体囊支撑的无晶状体眼,Ⅰ期植入45例,Ⅱ期植入3 3例,观察术后视力、前房积血、角膜水肿、房角粘连及眼压变化情况。结果 随访6月～6年,平均2 3月。术后3月视力≥0 . 5者5 9眼(75 . 64 %)。并发症前房积血和角膜水肿均在一周内吸收,仅在襻周围有局限性的房角粘连。结论 弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入方法简单,视力恢复较好,并发症较少,似可作为无晶状体囊支撑的无晶状体眼的首选人工晶状体植入方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of implantation of modern AC IOL. Methods 78 cases (78 eyes) accepted implantation of modern AC IOL. The postoperative vision, cornea, anterior chamber and its angle, IOP and other complications were observed. Results The follow up time was 6 months to 6 years, average is 23 months. The vision was better than 0.5 at the time of 3 months after surgery in 59 eyes (75.64%).All cases which had corneal edema or hyphema recovered soon, only local goniosynechia can be seen around loops of the IOL. Conclusion The implantation of modern AC IOL is simple, has good clinical effect and with little complication. It can be as an useful method for IOL implantation in cases with no capsule for shoring. |
