| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声检查对先天性胆总管囊肿的诊断价值。方法 对27例胆总管囊肿患者的超声检查结果与手术及病理结果进行对比分析。结果 超声诊断胆总管囊肿与手术病理诊断符合26例（26／27）。结论 胆总管囊肿的声像图表现较有特征性，超声显像诊断价值较大，可作为临床诊断胆总管囊肿的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of uhrasonography in the diagnosis of congenital choledochal cyst. Methods The uhrasonographic results and surgical/pathologic findings in 27 cases of congenital choledochal cyst were comparatively analyzed. Results The comparison showed that the uhrasonographic diagnosis was confirmed in 26 of the 27 cases. Conclusions The sonographic images of congenital choledochal cyst are characteristic with prior diagnostic value. Uhrasonography can be used as the optimal method for the diagnosis of congenital choledochal cyst in clinical practice. |
