165所医院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用横断面调查

目的了解我国医院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用现状。方法所有参加调查的医院采用横断面调查的方法调查一天的住院患者中抗菌药物的使用种类及用药量。结果165所医院115143名住院患者中,55755人使用抗菌药物,使用率为48.42%。总DDD s为282775.55,使用指数为245.59。抗菌药物使用指数排在前3位的科室为综合ICU（592.97）,其次为其他科（453.81）和妇产科（445.27）。抗菌药物中喹诺酮类的使用指数最高76.75,其次为林可类（63.46）和头孢菌素类（46.05）。结论使用指数能较准确反映抗菌药物利用情况,总的抗菌药物使用情况偏高。

Cross section investigation on the clinical application of antimicrobial agents used by inpatients in 165 hospital

Objective To investigate the clinical application of antimicrobial agents used in inpatients in Chinese hospitals.Methods Cross section investigation method was used to survey the types,administration route and dosage of antimicrobial agents used in inpatients in all hospitals within one day.Results Among 115143 inpatients from 165 hospitals,55755 used antimicrobial agent,the usage rate was 48.42%.The total number of defined daily dose was 282775.55,defined daily dose rates was 245.59 per 100 inpatients.Departments with top three defined daily dose rates were intensive cure unit(592.97/100 inpatients),other department(453.81/100 inpatients),gynecology and obstetrics department(445.27/100 inpatients).Antimicrobial agents with top three defined daily dose rates were 4-Quinolones(76.59/100 inpatients),Lincomycin(63.46/100 inpatients) and Cephalosporins(46.05/100 inpatients).Conclusion Defined daily dose rate can correctly reflect the application of antimicrobial agents.The antimicrobial drugs used in inpatients are some overused.
