| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨显微外科手术治疗脑胶质瘤的诊断和临床疗效.方法:对71例脑胶质瘤显微手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:67例病人术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率94.4%.治疗显效33例,占46.8 %;有效率30例,占42.3 %;无效8例,占10.9%.结论:显微手术以其损伤小,适应症宽,全切除率高等优点,临床效果好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis the diagnosis and clinical curative effect of brain glioma microsurgery.Method: Clinical data of 71 patients treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The preoperative diagnosis of glioma is same to pathological diagnosis in 67 patients by sixty-seven patients(94.4%).The excellence rate,effective rate and ineffective rate were 46.8 %,42.3 % and10.9% respectively.Conclusion: The microsurgery of glioma has the better clinical result on due to it's less damage,wide indication and high total resection rate. |
