| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评价婴幼儿钙营养状况,为合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取儿科门诊的婴幼儿患者319例作为观察组,测定外周血骨碱性磷酸酶（BALP）含量,并与其他年龄组儿童进行对照。结果观察组BALP阳性检出率为61.12%,其中强阳性为19.12%,而对照组阳性检出率为34.43%,强阳性2.73%,显著低于观察组（P〈0.01）。从观察组BALP阳性检出结果来看,0~1岁的阳性检出率为73.83%（强阳性27.52%）,而1~3岁的为50%（强阳性11.76%）,前者高于后者,亦有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论 BALP可作为判断小儿骨钙营养状况的敏感快捷的手段,尤其适用于儿童保健的初筛和治疗的指导。
