左旋多巴分析方法研究概况

左旋多巴用于治疗帕金森病已有30多年的历史，目前在临床上仍占有重要地位。近年来左旋多巴的体内外分析方法都取得了很大进展，紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法在左旋多巴的体内外分析中应用最广，流动注射自动分析方法和毛细管电泳法等也有广泛应用，可见 紫外分光光度检测器、荧光检测器、电化学检测器、化学发光检测、蒸发光散射检测器等新型检测器都有报道。本文通过查阅文献，对制剂中左旋多巴原药物和生物样品中左旋多巴及其代谢物的分离分析方法进行了概括和总结。

Review of the analytical methods for levodopa

Levodopa has been used in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease for more than 30 years, and up to now it still plays a very important role in clinic. Much progress has been made in the analytical methods in vivo and in vitro for levodopa: UV spectrophotometry and HPLC are most widely used. Flow injection analysis and capillary electrophoresis are also adopted widely in recent years. New detectors such as UV detector, fluorescent detector, electrochemical detector, chemiluminescent detector and evaporative light-scattering detector are reported. In this article, the analytic methods for levodopa are reviewed.
