颌骨骨肉瘤中E2F-1表达及意义

目的：分析Ｅ２Ｆ－１在颌骨骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法：利用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测Ｅ２Ｆ－１在２０例颌骨骨肉瘤和８例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果：骨肉瘤中Ｅ２Ｆ－１的阳性表达率为７０％（１４／２０），Ｅ２Ｆ－１表达在各病理分型间无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５），转移与未转移病例Ｅ２Ｆ－１的表达无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）；而骨软骨瘤中无Ｅ２Ｆ－１的表达（０／８），与骨肉瘤相比有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：

EXPRESSION OF E2F-1 IN OSTEOSARCOMA OF THE JAWS

To analyse the expression and significance of E2F-1 in osteosarcoma of the jaws.Methods:E2F-1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of chondrosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma of the jaws.Results:The results showed that the positive rates of E2F-1 in osteosarcoma was 70% (14/20).There was no remarkable difference in the positive rate of E2F-1 among the pathological types,and so did the metastatic and the non-metastatic cases (P>0 05).There was no E2F-1 expression in osteochondroma (0/8).The positive rates were remarkable significant between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma (P<0 05).Conclusion:The results indicate that E2F-1 is overexpressed in osteosarcoma of the jaws and is closely correlated with its development.
