摘    要:本文研制了可溶性盐酸甲基麻黄碱颗粒剂.采用紫外分光光度法,经铁氰化钾氧化后,在241 nm处测定其含量.该法操作简便、快速、准确.平均回收率为103.33%.RSD为0.41%.

Abstract:Granules of methylephedrine hydrochloride which was soluble in water were prepared. The content of methylephedrine hydrochloride in granules was determined by using ultroviolet spectrophotometry at wavelength of 241 nm after it was oxidized by potassium ferricyanide. This method was simple, rapid and accurate. The absorption at 241 nm had good linear relationship with its concentration. The average recovery was 101. 33% and RSD was 0. 41 %.
