| 摘 要： | 192例210眼作Nd:YAG激光晶体后囊切开术,成功率为98.60%,3例失败。囊膜切开术后视力进步占83.05%,视力不变占15.25%,视力减退占1.70%。主要并发症为眼压升高。眼压升高≥5mmHg占61.54%,眼压增高与溢出晶体皮质的量、房角情况以及有否人工晶体存在有关。

| Abstract: | 210 eyes. (192cases) have been treated by capsulotomy with Nd: YAG laser. The success rate was 98.60%. 3 eases (1.4%) were failures. After capsulotomy visual acuity was improved in 83.05%, unchanged in 15.25% and bad in 1.7%. The main complication was intraocular pressure elevation. 61.54% of the eyes had an increase of 5 mmHg or more. It was related to the amount of lens cortex liberated, the condition of the angle and the presense or absence of IOL. |
