经皮微创胸腔置管闭式引流术的护理体会

目的:探讨经皮微创胸腔置管闭式引流的护理方法。方法:对48例胸积液患者应用中心静脉导管行经皮微创胸腔置管闭式引流术,临床观察手术的安全性、术后并发症以及导管堵塞的预防措施。结果:48例患者46例一次穿刺置管成功,2例穿刺失败第二次置管,本组病人无发生术后出血、感染、气胸、胸液外渗等,导管滑脱1例,术后导管堵塞2例,堵管发生率4.16%。结论:微创胸腔置管闭式引流安全有效,但要加强置管护理,减少引流不充分、导管堵塞或术后并发症的发生。

Nursing Experience of Closed Thoracic Drainage Percutem

Objective:To approach the nursing measures of closed thoracic drainage percutem.Method: 48 patients with pleural effusion were treated with closed thoracic drainage percutem by central venous catheters.Then operation safety,postoperative complications and precaution of catheter jam were observed.Result: In all 48 patients,46 patients were operated successfully one time,but 2 patients were treated triumphantly by the second times.No postoperative hemorrhage,infection,pneumothorax and effusion from thorax occurred.But one patients happened catheter slippage and catheter jam occurred in two patients,the incidence rate of catheter jam was 4.16%.Conclusion: Closed thoracic drainage percutem safe and effective,but catheter nursing should be enhanced,deficient drainage,catheter jam and postoperative complications shouldbe reduced.
