西酞普兰治疗功能性消化不良的对照研究

目的探讨西酞普兰治疗功能性消化不良的治疗效果。方法将42例功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组20例,给予内科常规治疗;研究组22例,给予内科常规加西酞普兰治疗。疗程8w。治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和焦虑量表评定疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均逐渐下降,减分率逐渐提高,治疗前与治疗8w末比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。研究组第4w末减分率与对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01),第8w末差异显著(P<0.05)。两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表减分率治疗后均逐渐增高,治疗前与治疗8w末减分率比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。研究组第4w末减分率与对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01),第8w末差异显著(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰合并内科药物治疗对改善功能性消化不良明显优于内科常规药物。

A control study of citalopram on patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To explore the efficacy of citalopram in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Forty-two patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly assigned into control group(n = 20) and research group(n=22). Control group received routine medicine treatment; research group did routine medicine combined with the citalopram for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, efficacies of both the 2 groups were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), and side effects assessed with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) . Results After treatment scores of the HAMD in both the 2 groups gradually dropped and rates of score-reducing increased, which showed significant differences from pre-treatment (P<0. 01). Compared with control group, score-reducing rates of the research group were most different at the end of 4th week(P<0. 01) and more different at the 8th (P <0. 05) from the control group. Conclusion Citalopram combined with routine medicine is better than single routine medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
