| 摘 要： | 简述了生物可降解的聚乳酸及乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物微球的体外释放度试验方法及体内外相关性等，指出通过体外释放条件的选择可以获得较好的体内外相关性，并对体外释放通常快于体内的原因进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the method for testing in vitro release rate of degradable PLA/PLGA microsphere and correlation of its in vivo and in vitro release rate were reviewed.The study indicated that a good agreement in correlation between in vivo - in vitro release rate can be obtained by choosing test methods and that why the in vitro results are always faster than that of in vivo is also discussed. |
