| 摘 要： | 目的探讨板层角膜移植联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对21例翼状胬肉实施板层角膜移植联合角膜缘上皮移植术。结果术后平均随访1a,植片无1例排斥反应,无复发。结论板层角膜移植联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Aim To probe the effects of lamellar keratoplasty implantation and ep ithelium of limbus implantation for pterygium. Methods Lamellar keratoplasty im plantation and epithelium of limbus implantation were performed in 16 cases (21 eyes) of pterygium. Results No implants exclusion or relapse occured during the averaged one-year follow-up. Conclusion Lamellar keratoplasty implantation and epithelium of limbus implantation have remarkable effect on pterygium. |
