小骨窗微创手术治疗老年高血压脑出血32例的临床分析

目的探讨小骨窗微创手术治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法分析32例经小骨窗微创手术治疗的高血压性脑出血老年患者的临床资料。结果按日常生活能力评价（ADL）标准，患者术后3个月，完全恢复日常生活（ADLⅠ级）3例；部分恢复或可独立生活（ADLⅡ级）9例；需人帮助，扶拐可走（ADLⅢ级15例；卧床，有意识（ADLⅣ级）2例，植物生存（ADLⅤ级）1例；死亡2例。结论小骨窗微创手术具有创伤小、安全有效、简单快捷等优点，是治疗笔年人高血压性脑出血比较理想的方法。

Clinical analysis of treating old aged hypertension cerebral hemorrhage through small window craniotomy minimally invasive surgery

Objective Explore effects of small window craniotomy minimally invasive sur- gery to the treatment of old aged hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Analysis 32 cases clinical data of treating old aged hypertension cerebral hemorrhage by small window craniotomy minimally invasive surgery. Results Months after surgery, according to the Activities of Daily Living （ADL） standards, there are 3 cases of patients can recover to ADL I level; part recover or can live independently by selves （ADL II level）,9 cases; patients need help who can walk with walking stick （ADL III level）, 15 cases; patients stay in bed and have conscious （ADL IV level）, 2 cases; patients persistent in vegetative state （ADL V level）, 1 case; and 2 death cases. Conclusion Small window craniotomy minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of little trauma, safe and effective, easy and convenience which is the more ideal method to treating old aged hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
