| 摘 要： | 作者对寒冷适应过程中小鼠脾细胞ＮＫ活性和ＩＬ－２产生能力进行了检测。结果，冷暴露第一周，两项指标均降低，与对照组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），２周以后均恢复且高于正常水平，两者相关性有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。４℃下暴露对机体免疫功能有短时间的抑制作用，它不但对非特异性细胞免疫功能有影响，而且对特异性细胞免疫功能也有影响。
