影响母乳量的社会心理学因素研究

母乳是婴儿的最佳食品,近20年来,中国的婴儿母乳喂养率呈现迅速下降的趋势。以往的一些研究工作表明,与母乳喂养有关的重要因素是“乳量分泌少”。作者在上海、云南和吉林进行了一系列的研究,包括399例的病例对照研究,500例的第一次随访研究和1999例的第二次随访研究,主要目的在于分析影响乳量的因素。研究结果表明,影响乳量分泌和喂养方式的主要因素是杜会心理学和行为因素,这些在统计学上有意义的因素正是妇幼保健工作的重点。本文提供了为促进母乳喂养而采取措施所需的重要信息。

Social Psychological Factors Related to Breast Secretion of Mother

Breast milk is the best and most nutritious food for babies. There has been a trend of rapid declining of breast-feeding rate in China for about 20 years. The results of previous studies show that one of the most important factors associated with the feeding pattern is "scanty breast secretion".A series of studies including a case-control study of sample size 399, first followup study of sample size 500 and second follow-up study of sample size 1999 on factors relating to breast secretion have been carried out in Shanghai, Yunnan and Jilin. The results of the studies show that social-psychological and behavior factors are the main ones affecting breast secretion and feeding pattern while all the factors which are of significance statistically are actually the key points that MCH workers should work on. This paper provides important information for us to take measures promoting breastfeeding.
