血清CEA、CA125、CA724联检对卵巢癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨用肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原724(CA724)联检对卵巢癌的临床评价。方法:采用电化学发光法测定28例卵巢癌及37例正常人血清。结果:以单一指标阳性作为诊断标准CEA、CA125、CA724对卵巢癌的敏感性分别为25.0%、42.8%、32.1%,特异性分别为91.4%、97.2%、86.5%,联检结果二项或二项以上阳性作为标准则本文患者的诊断灵敏度为78.6%、特异性为83.8%。结论:联检血清CEA、CA125与CA724对卵巢癌的辅助诊断有较高的临床应用价值。

Diagnostic Value of Combined Determination of Serum CEA,CA125 and CA724 Levels in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CEA, CA125 and CA724 levels for ovarian cancer. Methods Serum CEA ,CA125 and CA724 levels were measured with CLIA in 28 patients with ovarian cancer and 37 controls. Results As a single tumor marker for diagnosis, the sensitivity of CEA, CA125 and CA724 was 25% , 42.8% and 32.1% respectively. The specificity was 91.4%, 97.2% and 86.5% respectively. With combined detection of the three markers and assuming two or more markers positive as diagnostic the sensitivity would be 78.6% and specificity would be 83.8%. Conclusion Combined determination of serum CEA, CA125 and CA724 levels is of clinical usefulness for diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
